Workshop Invitation

The Simons Workshop on The Economics of Networks focuses on economic models for the spread of (mis-)information and adoption of opinions or actions, as well as the importance of the underlying network structure.

Virtual Session on Wednesday, 11/30

While the majority of the workshop is physical and streamed on the Simons website, there will be a FULLY VIRTUAL and INTERACTIVE session. The schedule is as follows (all times listed in Pacific Time).

• 10-10.45am PT: Games on Endogenous Networks. Speaker: Evan Sadler, Economics, Columbia
• 10.45-11.15am PT: coffee break with networking
• 11.15-noon PT: Long ties: Formation, contagion and economic prosperity. Speaker: Dean Eckles, Marketing, MIT Sloan
